The Compassion Club is a non-profit that helps start and implement Compassion Clubs in schools and communities! Through service and acts of kindness we teach kids to overcome adversity by serving others.
THE COMPASSION CLUB
The Compassion Club was established in September 2017 to honor the memory of Gage Schroeder, a kind-hearted and vibrant boy who passed away when he was 14 years old.
Compassion Clubs unite students in spreading compassion within their schools and throughout the community. Through weekly student-led discussions of values like friendship, kindness, empathy, and forgiveness, participants gain a sense of belonging and connection with those around them.
Each club uniquely plans and carries out small and large-scale acts of service, which fosters empathy and heightens community awareness among its members.
Along with promoting and encouraging kindness and love within homes, schools, and communities, the Gage Schroeder Compassion Foundation offers generous annual scholarships and grants to all Compassion Club participants.
